These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Hotdog55 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Hotdog55 website at https://hotdog55.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features made available thereon.

By accessing the Hotdog55 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables, or any other product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

To register and maintain an Account on Hotdog55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Hotdog55 strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform under any name or identity.
• You are not acting in any professional capacity as a gambling service agent, affiliate fraudster, or operator competitor.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or currently accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the national level.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of Hotdog55 or any of its affiliated operators, game studios, or payment processors.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without prior notice.

All financial transactions on the Hotdog55 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a wide range of Malaysian-native payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Hotdog55 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, and by claiming any promotion, you agree to the associated requirements.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal. Requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the offer.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Game contributions vary — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all, as specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply while bonus wagering is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Hotdog55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on Hotdog55 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product category — sports betting, casino, live dealer, esports, lottery, and others. General rules applicable across all products include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Hotdog55 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been the subject of irregular or suspicious activity, match-fixing, or where clearly erroneous odds were offered due to a technical or human error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the system log shall serve as the authoritative record of all transactions. Hotdog55's decision on disputed outcomes shall be final and binding.
• Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Odds are locked at the time of bet acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Live betting markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other covered events are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of play. Bets placed during a suspension will be void.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Hotdog55 platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether individually or in collusion with others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by national law.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity or payment documents during KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Hotdog55 staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to obtain credits, winnings, or any other advantage. Any winnings obtained through known bugs must be reported immediately; winnings obtained knowingly through exploitation will be voided.

Hotdog55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Account holder has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require us to do so.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Hotdog55 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the Account pending investigation. Where a confirmed breach is established, funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Real-money balances not connected to the breach will be returned following the investigation period.

All content available on the Hotdog55 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphical elements, logo, software code, game titles, promotional materials, written content, and the "Hotdog55" brand name and associated trademarks — is the exclusive property of the Company or is licensed to the Company by its respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hotdog55 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Hotdog55's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hotdog55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

In the event of a dispute between you and Hotdog55, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and can escalate unresolved matters to our compliance department for formal review.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by Hotdog55. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Hotdog55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Terms.
